Staff Software Engineer – Identity and Access, Identity Squads

📋 Description

• 55% backend (Go), 25% technical leadership, 20% operations/reliability.
• Define and own the Identity squad's auth architecture, incl. edge redesign.
• Lead design/implementation of large-scale, multi-quarter initiatives.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers; provide design feedback.
• Be technical authority for identity protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, SCIM).
• Drive cross-team alignment on authentication standards and patterns.
