📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate IAM services powering authentication, authorization, token management
• Own critical IAM functionality end to end from architecture to rollout, observability, and
• Collaborate with Product and Security to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Improve service performance, scalability, and resilience across distributed systems.
• Drive engineering excellence with thoughtful designs and high-quality operations.
• Mentor teammates and influence cross-company architecture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong problem solving, reliability, scalability, and extensibility.
• Experience building backend or platform services in production.
• Experience end-to-end development with AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Copilot, OpenCode).
• Familiar with continuous integration environments.
• Proven ownership of complex systems and ability to learn fast.
