Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Create and test reliable cloud infrastructure services that support Webflow’s products.
• Lead initiatives to reduce triage load, increase reliability, and handle growing scale.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams on new services and ways of working.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and incident response processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Improve speed and safety through automation and cloud best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years building distributed systems in customer-facing environments.
• Hands-on with multi-region cloud environments (AWS or GCP).
• Experience with Cloudflare tooling and workers.
• Container-based architectures (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Pulumi).
