Staff Software Engineer, Integration Platform

📋 Description

• Architect, build, and maintain the integration and data platform from the ground up for AI-native
• Lead technical decisions across the stack balancing performance, maintainability, and scalability
• Design and optimize APIs and service patterns for product experiences and third-party apps
• Improve database design, query performance, and scalable data models
• Drive observability, monitoring, tracing, and alerting for operational excellence
• Mentor engineers through design reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and large initiatives
• Deep experience with Node.js, GraphQL, REST, PostgreSQL, Temporal
• Strong SQL/database design and query optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Experience with event-driven systems, messaging, and real-time data processing
• Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infra (AWS/GCP or similar)
• CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable deployment practices
