Staff Software Engineer, Intelligence Tooling and Enablement

📋 Description

• Contribute to vision, strategy, and roadmap for IT&E Team
• Drive high-quality code, performance, and maintainability
• Identify themes across projects and build shared frameworks
• Build internal tooling: frameworks, SDKs, pipelines for AI lifecycle
• Collaborate with engineers to invest in tooling and productivity
• Build core libraries and production monitoring

🎯 Requirements

• Kubernetes and container-based workflows
• Proficiency in Typescript, Python, and Ruby
• Experience with AI tooling, ML pipelines, and AI-based dev tools
• Familiar with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of planning, coding, testing, CI/CD, and deployment
• Experience building AI infrastructure and developer tooling
