🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years building enterprise or consumer web apps; strong experience in Python or Java/Spring.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered solutions in production (agentic tools, prompt engineering
• Practical experience with modern AI tools/models (Claude, Codex).
• Ability to translate business problems into production-ready software and work with non-engineering
• Proven ability to drive adoption and show measurable efficiency improvements.
