📋 Description

• Embed AI-enabled workflows with internal teams across the company
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, deployment, iteration
• Build AI-powered tools integrating Python/Java microservices and apps
• Promote agentic software development and innovative AI approaches
• Run fast experiments and scale winners into capabilities
• Define metrics to prove impact and report to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• BS in CS or related field
• 8+ years building enterprise or consumer web apps (Python/Java/Spring)
• Experience with LLMs in production: agentic tools, evals, Claude/Codex
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and drive adoption
• Strong judgment on AI risks, especially in healthcare
• Self-starter with autonomy and ownership across design, product, and quality
