Staff Software Engineer, Managed Gateways

📋 Description

• Hands-on technical leadership for Cloud Gateways platform.
• Own end-to-end core platform capabilities across multi-region deployments.
• Design and evolve cloud-native infrastructure on Kubernetes and public clouds.
• Balance reliability, scalability and operability with system ownership.
• Collaborate across global engineering teams to shape platform architecture.
• Ensure high availability and operational excellence at scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Golang experience.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, ingress.
• Experience with observability tooling (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Proven track record in large-scale distributed systems and multi-tenant SaaS.
• Technical leadership at Staff/Principal level or equivalent.
