📋 Description

• Lead and contribute to full dev cycle: design, implement, test, deploy.
• Define technical vision for platform with a product-first mindset.
• Participate in code/design reviews to improve quality.
• Mentor engineers; foster knowledge sharing and learning.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, design, and product teams.
• Deliver scalable, flexible solutions for a marketing content platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master/PhD in CS or equivalent.
• Backend systems expertise with large-scale SOA.
• Experience architecting/developing agentic systems.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Cotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, relational/noSQL, Redis, microservices.
• Strong communication; ability to drive initiatives across teams.
