🎯 Requirements

Deep hands-on build systems: Bazel, Gradle, or Xcode at production scale
Track record delivering cross-team migrations or large build infra projects
Mobile depth in iOS/Android with stance on cross-platform tooling
Experience owning CI/CD or release pipelines for mobile apps
Strategic judgement balancing short-term delivery and long-term architecture
Ability to set and codify engineering standards used across teams
