Staff Software Engineer (.NET)

📋 Description

• Design and build scalable backend systems powering applications
• Leverage cloud technologies, databases, and API development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
• Follow security best practices and ensure system reliability
• Work in a hybrid model from our Buenos Aires office (1-2 times/week)
• Contribute to architecture and technology stack decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT (computer science, data science, or equivalent)
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience (.NET, .NET Core)
• Strong AI driven experience
• Experience delivering complex solutions with smart trade-offs
• Collaborative, cross-functional mindset; ability to teach others
• Experience with cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and local APIs
