🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in a fast-paced tech environment.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership in on-call production systems.
• Technical leadership and setting direction.
• Nice to have: regulatory compliance knowledge.
