🎯 Requirements

8+ years in professional software engineering, backend focus
Comfortable with full-stack work when needed
Experience applying AI tools (LLMs, Claude Code, Cursor)
Experience in large, complex codebases; incremental improvements
Strong systems thinking; scalable, reliable design
Proficiency in backend languages; Ruby strongly preferred
