📋 Description

• Lead architectural evolution of CoreWeave's platform for distributed AI workloads.
• Drive transitions from monolithic to distributed architecture and enable agentic AI applications.
• Hands-on development: production Python components and distributed compute services.
• Own CI/CD, testing, deployment, reliability, observability, and incident response.
• Mentor senior/mid-level engineers and establish engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering, staff-level experience.
• Expert in distributed systems, APIs, and service interfaces.
• Security-minded development with OAuth and secure-by-default practices.
• Expert-level Python with production-scale experience.
• Strong Kubernetes experience with production workloads.
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Temporal, Airflow, Kubeflow or similar).
