📋 Description

• Support the Platform SysEng squad to mature and scale the platform.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate large distributed systems.
• Own performance, reliability, and on-call responsibilities.
• Work with Go, Python, and Shell on cloud-native infra.
• Collaborate with distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
• Contribute to Grafana Cloud's metrics/logs/traces stack.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven delivery of large distributed systems across teams.
• Strong system design; latency, availability, scaling tradeoffs.
• Hands-on cloud-native experience (microservices, Kubernetes, IaC).
• Reliability ownership: SLOs/SLIs, capacity planning, tuning.
• Excellent coding/design skills; Go preferred, others ok.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development and tools.
