📋 Description

• Design, build, maintain, and ship services enabling 401(k) offerings to employees
• Own full stack services and APIs end-to-end, shipping production code
• Evolve architecture to support future needs
• Partner with product, compliance, and operations to turn complex financial requirements into
• Debug production issues and improve reliability, observability, and tooling
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate with shared systems

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production products
• Strong experience with services and APIs
• Experience with message-based systems (Sidekiq, SQS, NServiceBus) and GraphQL
• Front-end experience with large modern apps (React)
• Comfortable owning systems end-to-end, including production support
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate
