Lead a team of engineers, mentor, and set technical direction.
Manage all aspects of the project: design, coding, reviews, testing, observability, tooling
Build highly reliable, fault-tolerant software for large customers.
Ensure operational readiness, reliability, and performance.
Design and build Kubernetes-based OCI compliant container compute platform features.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of experience building large-scale systems/infrastructure.
Strong CS fundamentals and distributed systems experience.
Hands-on coding in Java, C++ or Go is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in the Bellevue, WA office (hybrid/remote considered).
