📋 Description

• Define multi-team architectural decisions for long-term viability.
• Identify and resolve high-priority technical risks and bottlenecks.
• Own cross-team initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Contribute production-quality Python and React code.
• Lead refactors, improve performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers, lead tech talks, and influence culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering.
• Deep Python expertise with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Frontend: React or similar.
• Leading multi-team technical initiatives.
• Distributed systems, API design, caching, data consistency.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD.
