Staff & Sr. Software Engineer -- Streaming/Flink

📋 Description

• The Staff & Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver features and services
• Build and maintain containerized solutions on Kubernetes to support distributed data platform
• Develop production-quality software, APIs, and integrations for data-intensive streaming
• Contribute across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Improve delivery with modern tooling, automation, AI-assisted development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, support, UX, documentation, and engineering teams using agile

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with Apache Flink and streaming data technologies.
• Strong Java expertise with Spring, Quarkus, Hibernate, Maven, Gradle.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Operators, CRDs.
• Understanding of software design principles and scalable systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with quality focus.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, delivery automation, modern workflows.
