📋 Description

• Lead aerospace/robotics programs across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope and execute complex
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and budget.
• Provide SME guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality, and timelines.
• Drive production timeline improvements and cost reductions.
• Communicate status and align stakeholders through regular meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or related field.
• 5+ years managing programs in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with NPD/NPI, CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly.
• Customer-facing skills to lead complex engagements with aerospace/robotics clients.
• Structured project leadership with risk and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multicultural teams.
