Staff Talent & People Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as the go-to analyst for Talent and People data requests, including funnel performance and
• Build, maintain, and iterate dashboards and recurring reporting for Talent and People teams and
• Translate ad-hoc questions into structured analyses with clear methodology.
• Partner with Data Engineer to define requirements for recruiting data models and tables.
• Validate data accuracy and perform QA on datasets and dashboards.
• Support capacity planning, hiring prioritization, and workforce modeling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of analytics or people analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure complex questions.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (formulas, pivots, modeling).
• Strong SQL proficiency with relational datasets.
• Data modeling familiarity (fact/dimension tables, star schema).
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
