📋 Description

• Lead and grow the team - manage four Senior MLEs in London; hire talent across MLE, SWE, data
• Own the technical direction - architecture for offline measurement with shared models and
• Own the roadmap - plan at sprint, quarterly, annual cadences; translate goals into programs.
• Drive production quality - rig-agnostic ML systems with clean interfaces and strong engineering
• Accelerate the development loop - shorten time from iteration to actionable feedback in AV
• Partner and anticipate - align roadmaps across UK/US and resolve conflicts at the right level.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in ML engineering with production CV systems using camera/lidar data.
• 2+ years line-managing senior engineers; experience hiring and coaching ICs.
• Staff-level depth in transformer-based and multimodal architectures; large-scale training.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks, especially PyTorch.
• Strong cross-functional leadership; clear communication with engineers and leadership.
• MS or PhD in CS/Engineering or related field.
