Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across engineering orgs from planning to delivery.
• Own end-to-end release management for multiple product lines.
• Coordinate release readiness with Engineering, Product, QA, Cloud Ops, Docs and Support.
• Drive improvements in release predictability and operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and leadership to align on risks and priorities.
• Create scalable PMO processes and dashboards for portfolio health.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Technical Program Management in enterprise software, cloud, networking, or
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, Cloud
• Strong SDLC, Agile, and release management knowledge.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and tools like Claude/Copilot; AI/automation experience a plus.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
