Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic Security programs across multiple orgs with end-to-end ownership.
• Partner with Security leadership and Engineering to set strategy, roadmap, and metrics.
• Drive program development and cross-functional coordination with Product, Platforms, Growth.
• Own operating cadence for high-priority security initiatives, milestones, governance.
• Improve systems and processes for vulnerability management, continuity, and DR.
• Use GenAI to accelerate planning and ensure safety-by-design in execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of technical program management leading large-scale programs across multiple teams.
• 5+ years information security, risk and/or compliance experience.
• 5+ years big data and/or cloud experience.
• Proven success leading strategic, cross-functional programs in security, infra, or complex domains.
• Staff-level capability: own ambiguous programs, shape roadmaps, influence leaders, deliver outcomes.
• AI-first execution mindset: use GenAI to accelerate planning and governance with safety-by-design.
