• Develop a portfolio view of CSE programs; provide visibility into execution, issues, and decisions.
• Lead planning and delivery of large cross-functional initiatives to boost productivity.
• Identify dependencies and align stakeholders on release planning and risk.
• Manage communications to leadership and teams on decisions, status, and risks.
• Define success criteria with stakeholders; regularly assess risks and mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers to enforce high-quality internal documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software with 7+ years as a technical program manager.
• BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent.
• Ability to decompose vague problems; drive initiatives to finish.
• Self-motivated, proactive; adapt to teams with different cadences.
• Proven ability to influence others; strong analytical skills; open to feedback.
• Experience creating processes where little exists; flexible.
