🎯 Requirements

8+ years in technical program management or similar role
Experience in trust & safety, security, identity, or related areas at scale
Bachelor’s degree in technical/quantitative field or equivalent
Ability to ramp on complex domains and collaborate with senior engineers
Strong governance and ability to drive multi-quarter programs with many teams
Empathy for users at risk and focus on durable protections
