• Lead propulsion program execution for X-BAT propulsion team
• Coordinate with engineers, techs, suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
• 7+ years in technical PM or engineering leadership
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong grasp of engineering cycles, testing, and integration
• Proven schedule management and risk mitigation
• Experience with suppliers and external partners
