• Educate hiring managers on market realities and strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting
• Expert LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing tools (HireEZ, Seekout)
• Sourcing across highly technical disciplines
• Mentor sourcers or recruiters to raise team performance
• Strong data literacy to build and present metrics
• Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar)
