📋 Description

• Lead documentation for major product launches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, PM, QA, Support, and Info Dev team.
• Prioritize docs across initiatives to meet release dates.
• Create end-to-end feature docs: API references, SDK/CLI/Terraform guides.
• Develop product expertise to ensure accuracy and align with workflows.
• Adhere to team guidelines, processes, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years writing documentation for Cloud/Enterprise products.
• Tools/Technologies: Oxygen XML Author, VS Code, Acrolinx, Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
• Frameworks: DITA, Markdown, OpenAPI, API publishing platforms.
• AI Tools: Generative AI to boost productivity.
• Security/IAM domain knowledge (Okta or IDaaS).
• Experience leading launch documentation and reading code/API specs.
