Execute surrogate flight test operations for Hivemind portfolio
Day-to-day flight activities, aircraft prep, system configuration, field ops
Primary operator and tech lead for Group 1/2 UAS test assets
Coordinate readiness, pre-flight inspections, launch/recovery, post-flight maintenance
Support integration, validation, and assessment of autonomy capabilities

🎯 Requirements

5+ years operating/maintaining Group 1/2 UAS in test or ops
Strong knowledge of UAS hardware, autopilots, GCS, comms, payloads
Experience creating/using SOPs, checklists, processes
FAA regulations, NAS operations, airspace coordination, flight auth
Flight ops in dynamic test environments; strong planning/communication
Coordinate with software, safety, flight ops teams
