8+ years of UX research experience in enterprise or SaaS.
Lead end-to-end studies across qualitative and quantitative methods.
Strong storytelling to translate insights for leadership.
Proactive, excellent communicator with cross-functional influence.
Experience researching enterprise SaaS and complex workflows.
Proficiency with research tools (e.g., UserZoom, UserTesting, Alchemer) and analytics tooling
