🎯 Requirements

10+ years of research experience in mixed-methods research.
Experience with payments, fintech, or high-trust financial domains.
Ability to design and analyze surveys; lead foundational qualitative studies.
Strong storytelling to influence product and executives; cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel to SF office or offsites as needed.

🎁 Benefits

Pay Range: $180,000 — $224,000 USD
