🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency plus 10+ years of relevant experience
3+ years of consulting or project management experience
3+ years in a customer-facing role
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
Experience turning customer feedback into actionable improvements
