Startup Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program.
• Build and maintain partner relationships with accelerators, incubators, and startups.
• Drive founder engagement and deliver founder-facing programming with value.
• Synthesize founder insights to shape program direction.
• Manage outbound campaigns to enroll startups and coordinate with Sales for handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably with startup ecosystem
• Knowledge of accelerators/VCs/founders and how they operate.
• Track record of building and managing partner relationships end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication across time zones and audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product; comfortable using data dashboards.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work.
