Startup Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the day-to-day execution of the Mixpanel for Startups program: building and maintaining partner
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to surface founder stories and drive actionable
• Coordinate founder invitations at overlapping events and manage partnerships with accelerators
• Lead outbound acquisition campaigns to enroll startups into the program and identify participants

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing, community, growth, partnerships, or business development, ideally with
• Working knowledge of accelerators, VCs, and founders; ability to be useful in those communities.
• Track record of end-to-end partner relationship management (outreach to ongoing engagement).
• Strong written and verbal communication across diverse audiences and time zones.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product with independence and clarity.
• Active use of AI tools to work more effectively; strong organizational instincts to manage multiple
