State Adherence Specialist I (PA / Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Support state adherence team leads to ensure compliant pre-care, on-care, and post-care status
• Assist with data collection for quarterly State Quality Management plan
• Manage tax accounts from application to closure; liaise between FreedomCare and consumers
• Handle data input, case review, and communications with providers and third-party agencies
• Contribute to process improvements related to adherence to internal quality measures
• Escalate issues and assist with audits and regulatory inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service experience and strong empathy skills
• Able to organize, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening
• Computer proficiency; strong typing; ability to leverage technology and CRMs
• Demonstrated problem-solving and proactive issue management
• HIPAA compliance awareness
