📋 Description

  • Own full Facility Management scope: maintenance, utilities, cleaning, waste, shopfitting
  • Drive FM category strategy, manage suppliers, optimize cost and quality
  • Lead sourcing and procurement of facility service providers
  • Ensure data-driven performance tracking and service delivery
  • Monitor portfolio condition; support lifecycle, maintenance, planning
  • Align facility activities with business needs with cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in Facility Management, construction or real estate
  • Experience in supplier/contract management and FM category mgmt
  • Cross-functional/matrix organization experience
  • Planon or CAFM experience; budgeting/operational planning
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills
