Stock & Logistics Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end flow of materials across ICEYE's manufacturing sites
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and carrier coordination
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, dual-use)
• Develop relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
• Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost
• Track KPIs: on-time delivery, lead times, freight cost, inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Structured production environment experience (Aerospace, Automotive, or similar)
• 3-5 years in a logistics role
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Inbound/outbound shipping experience
• Experience managing a team and scaling operations
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP)
