Storage Server & Engineering, Senior Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional hardware programs for embedding DFMs into hyperscale storage servers.
• Coordinate architecture alignment, platform qualification, and manufacturing ramp with ODM partners.
• Drive issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and risk mitigation to meet milestones.
• Oversee EVT/DVT/PVT gates and collaboration across hardware, firmware, product, and quality teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Storage hardware engineering mastery with NAND, NVMe, PCIe, and server platform integration.
• Experience leading end-to-end NPI programs from design qualification to volume ramp.
• Strong vendor/ODM governance and test plan auditing for thermal/power validation.
• Cross-functional leadership with ability to align hardware, firmware, and supply chain teams.
• Data-driven decision making and risk mitigation in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of board-level electrical and signal integrity issues.
