• 3-5 years in retail management; jewelry a plus.
• Strong leadership and team development.
• Customer-obsessed and sales-driven mindset.
• Experience with POS, Google Suite, and store operations.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and handle fast-paced shifts.
• Knowledge of health and safety related to piercing is a plus.
