📋 Description

• The Studio Manager oversees daily operations of our ear piercing studio, ensuring top customer
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to meet studio targets and drive revenue growth.
• Manage staffing, payroll, training, and scheduling to optimize coverage and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and visual merchandising to reflect brand standards.
• Ensure health and safety regulations, especially around piercing procedures.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, launches, and company-wide activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with exceptional service on the selling floor.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with POS and Google Suite; inventory management and merchandising know-how.
