🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning, coaching and performance management
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 lbs
• Proven ability to hire, develop and retain talent
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
