🎯 Requirements

  • Sales management or customer service experience
  • Proven team leadership and accountability
  • Experience with MS Excel and POS systems (RetailPro)
  • Self-starter with commitment to a great retail experience
  • Interest in motorcycles is a plus
  • Ability to learn and engage with riding community
