🎯 Requirements

5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lead and coach a diverse team
Proven ability to drive business results and brand standards
Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
