📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams
• Drive sales, profitability, operations, and merchandising standards
• Create a positive, productive work environment aligned with ALO’s mission
• Lead brand storytelling and guest experience on the floor

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail or related industry
• Be a brand ambassador; communicate store mission
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Agile, able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shift
