• The Studio Manager oversees daily operations of our ear piercing studio.
• Drive customer service, safety, and a welcoming environment at Tempe Marketplace.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to ensure consistent service and safety standards.
• Manage staffing, payroll, inventory, and daily operations to meet targets.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and development for studio staff.
• Coordinate with corporate on marketing initiatives and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in retail management, jewelry a plus.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with exceptional service mindset.
• Proven sales, profitability, and target achievement.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Experience with POS, Google Suite, inventory, and merchandising.
