Store Manager in Training

📋 Description

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts when Store Ops Manager (GM) is not present.
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members engaged in both cookie sales and customer deliveries.
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training.
• Conduct initial interviews for potential new hires in the manager’s absence.
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling.
• Hold staff accountable to Insomnia Cookies’ standards.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• POS system experience
• MS Office, Word and Applicant Tracking System proficiency
• Ability to work 4-5 day weeks with Thu-Sun shifts
• 18+ years old with legal eligibility to work in the US
