Store Manager in Training (MIT)

📋 Description

• Dallas - Victory Park store, full-time hourly position
• Act as Manager-on-Duty during shifts when the Store Ops Manager isn’t present
• Supervise 2-5 team members in cookie sales and deliveries
• Lead onboarding and initial training for new hourly staff
• Support ordering, inventory control, and scheduling
• Uphold Insomnia Cookies standards and provide excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
• Experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly staff
• Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
• MS Office, Word, and Applicant Tracking System experience
• Ability to work a 4-5 day week with 1-2 late shifts Thu-Sun
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States
