📋 Description

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training (MIT) at Richardson, TX.
Full-time hourly role with hospitality focus in a fast-growing brand.
Lead, train, and supervise team members during shifts.
Support store operations including onboarding and interviewing.
Drive excellent customer service and upsell to customers.

🎯 Requirements

At least 1 year in a supervisory role in restaurant or retail.
Experience interviewing hourly staff.
POS systems experience.
MS Office, Word and ATS familiarity.
Willing to work 4-5 days, Thu-Sun shifts.
18+ with legal eligibility to work in the US.
