📋 Description

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies
• Lead, manage and develop Sales, Operations, and Visual teams
• Lead with KPI and profitability goals, and adapt to market trends
• Oversee and coach store team to communicate brand mission to guests
• Ensure adherence to visual and operational guidelines to drive results
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Strong business acumen, people leadership and KPI-driven mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience developing talent, succession planning and coaching teams
• Strong scheduling, staffing and operational planning capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
